Continuing Education Credit

Health Forum is authorized to award 7.75 hours of pre-approved Category II (non-ACHE) continuing education credit for this program (main conference only) toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Health care Executives. Participants in this program wishing to apply the continuing education hours toward Category II credit should indicate their attendance when submitting an application to ACHE for advancement or recertification. Add 3 hours for a pre-conference workshop and 1.5 hours for a site visit.   Health Forum is provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 12650 for 7.75 contact hours (main conference only).
