1. Do I have to apply the Healthcare QuickDisc update?
   
   No. You can bypass the update by selecting “cancel” when presented with the Update dialog box.
   
   
2. What is the current Update number?
   
   The current update number (after accessing the Spring 2010 update) is 103. You can access the update two ways:
   
   1. When the product launches accept the option to Update Now
   2. From within Healthcare QuickDisc select File, Internet Update, and then Update Now.
   3. After running the update the Data Update Version will be 103.
   
   
3. What fields are updated?

4. Can I choose which fields I want to update?
   
   No. The Healthcare QuickDisc update modifies the database. There is not an opportunity to select specific fields to update.
   
   
5. What will happen to my reports saved within QuickDisc?
   
   The reports that have been previously saved within Healthcare QuickDisc will still be accessible. Any changed data values will appear the next time the report is run within QuickDisc.
   
   
6. We have several people in our organization who need access to the database. What should we do?
   
   Multi-user license agreements are available at a great value. Call 312-422-2050 for more information about adding users to an existing agreement or obtaining a multi-user agreement or enterprise agreement.
