The AHA NPI Crosswalk™ is a file to help organizations match and update their hospital databases with the new National Provider Identifiers (NPI). Key fields per reporting hospital include: AHA ID, hospital address fields, Medicare ID, NPI ID and sub-part NPIs.

Use this product to:

• Validate and update your existing hospital databases
• Bridge historical hospital data files based on another ID
• Understand the relationship between NPI and sub-part NPI organizations

The CD will include a Microsoft® Excel data file, file layout and a copy of the licensing agreement.
